Jesus’ invitation isn’t to the strong and put-together. It’s to the tired, the worn out, and the ones carrying more than they can handle. That tells us something beautiful about Him. He isn’t looking for impressive people. He’s looking for willing ones. The rest He offers is more than a nap or a day off. It’s the deep peace of handing our burdens to Someone who can actually carry them.
